I understand that recurring tuition payment setup through Helcim is required before attending the complimentary trial class. Payment setup authorizes future recurring charges under the selected subscription terms. If I decide not to continue after the initial trial, I must notify the academy promptly so the subscription can be cancelled; the standard 30-day withdrawal notice does not apply. Any eligible joining-month tuition collected will be refunded in accordance with the Studio Policies.
